This isn’t just heavy psych…..this is EXTREME heavy psych. I don’t know what makes this extreme really; it’s neither extremely heavy not extremely psychedelic. I guess calling yer album “Reasonably Heavy Psych” might not get the punters in the door. Anyway, I digress. This isn’t really what I’d call heavy psych if I’m being honest: it’s kinda up-beat space rock with a pretty stoner sound. The off-kilter tempos and weird vocals bring to mind mid-period Cathedral quite a bit. Good gear!
