MEDICINE NOOSE / SPEWN – Split LP

Description

Grotty snail-pace sludge from Medicine Noose. I really like SPEWN. Think they’re maybe Russian (their titles are in cyrillic). They remind me loads of Corrupted: they have that really off-kilter plodding style and the vocals rule, tons of reverb and a raw throaty and gruff howl. Sludge rarely does much for me but when it’s done well it’s great…..and this is done well!
