Wow! Admlithi is Adam Cresser, who played on many Seppuku records and released music on At War previously as Rejectamenta. Admlithi sees him doing somehing more “musical” yet even more forward-thinking. It’s hard to describe this as it genuinely sounds like nothing else; informed by industrial, shoegaze, maybe a bit of goth and electronica, everything is tied together with some proper heavy metal bass. Some of the melodies are the absolute business and despite some songs traversing several genres, there’s a cohesive sound to this which gives one of the most satisfying listens I’ve had from a full album in ages. Amazing stuff!
